Shark with mango sauce

This was a big first for us and one of those a dash here, a dash there sort of dishes :)

1 shark fillet
2 tbs mustard
salt & pepper

1 sheet puff pastry

Mango sauce:
mango nectar
chopped mango - optional
salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp corn starch dissolved in cold water


1. Marinade shark fillet with mustard, salt and pepper for about 20mins

2. Wrap the fillet in puff pastry, brush with oil and bake at 220 C for about 15min or until golden brown.

3. Bring mango nectar to a boil, add chopped mango, salt and pepper. Thicken with corn starch.

Serve the cooked shark with the mango sauce and seasonal vegetables on the side.
